The brief

The firm connects property sellers with buyers and builders. Its clients decide in minutes whether they are dealing with professionals. The brand had to read as established, discreet and financially serious, without a single stock-photo skyline cliché.

Design decisions

  • A high-contrast serif wordmark over a warm ivory ground: closer to a private bank than a brokerage.
  • Bronze as the single accent, used sparingly, so the pages feel calm and the call-to-action still lands.
  • A mark that works at 16px, in one color, on dark and light, because logos live in favicons and email signatures, not on posters.
  • An inquiry funnel, not a contact page. The form qualifies the lead (situation, timeline, asset) so the first phone call starts halfway done.

The point of this case study

Most of my work is measurable plumbing. This one is here because the plumbing does not convert without trust at the surface. Same person builds both, so the brand and the funnel never argue with each other.
